Our story

Why LOTS4KIDS exists.

Occupational therapy should not be something families have to decode — it should be warm, practical and shaped around the child in front of us.

Our Core Belief

Every child deserves to feel capable.

LOTS4KIDS OT Services was founded on the conviction that every child has unique strengths and potential waiting to unfold. When children are supported through engaging, play-based strategies, they build lasting confidence that carries into their everyday lives.

From our base in Melbourne's north, we support babies and children from birth to 12 years, and the parents, caregivers, educators and health professionals who work alongside them. We provide therapy in clinic, at home, at school, in kindergarten and childcare settings, and through telehealth.

Play-Based & Warm

Therapy centred on joy, motivation, and genuine connection — never sterile clinical routines.

Everyday Settings

Real-world support in homes, kindergartens, classrooms and community environments.

Clinical Leadership

Under the supervision of Senior OT Lincy George and qualified paediatric allied health staff.

Together, we grow — supporting every child to reach their fullest potential.

Our Purpose

Guiding every step of our practice.

Our mission and vision define how we support each child, empower every family, and build strong community partnerships.

Our values

Seven values that shape every session.

These are not wall decorations. They are the standards we hold ourselves to in how we assess, plan, communicate and play with your child.

Play is the work of childhood. Motivation, joy and repetition are how new skills become everyday habits.

Value 01 Child-centred care

Your child's unique interests, motivations and personal goals direct therapy at every stage.

Value 02 Family partnership

Parents and caregivers are essential co-authors and collaborative partners in the therapy plan.

Value 03 Compassion & respect

Every family is met with warmth and without judgement, wherever they are starting from.

Value 04 Play-based learning

Engaging, motivating activities that children love and genuinely want to repeat.

Value 05 Evidence-informed practice

Considered assessment tools, structured clinical frameworks and current therapy approaches.

Value 06 Collaboration

Active teamwork with educators, doctors, paediatricians and other allied health professionals.

The LOTS4KIDS Approach

Clear, collaborative and honest.

We design therapy that fits your child's real life — giving your family practical tools that work at home, at school, and in the community.

01
Listen & Understand

We start by listening. Before any formal assessment or therapy plan begins, we want to understand your child's day — what brings joy, what is challenging, and what matters most to your family.

02
Evidence-Informed Assessment

We use structured, strengths-based assessment tools to identify your child's sensory, motor, and regulation profile, building a personalised plan with clear, achievable goals.

03
Play, Grow & Carry Over

Therapy is play-based and motivating for your child, with actionable strategies that you and your child's educators can seamlessly use in everyday settings.

Let's support your child's next step.

Tell us a little about your child and our senior clinical team will connect with you to talk through the best supportive pathway for your family.
