How It Fits Together

A continuous pathway, not a static menu.

Most families move through three connected stages. You can enter at any point, and therapy adapts dynamically as your child grows.

Stage 01

Understand & Assess

In-depth intake assessment and parent collaboration to identify your child's strengths, sensory profile, motor milestones, and family priorities.

Stage 02

Build & Empower

Targeted 1:1 individual therapy, engaging group sessions, therapy assistant practice, and parent coaching to achieve agreed milestones.

Stage 03

Support & Report

Mobile therapy in homes, schools, and kindergartens, educator collaboration, and rigorous professional reports for NDIS and doctors.

Funding & Access

Ways families fund & access our services.

We provide transparent guidance across government funding schemes, private health funds, and self-funded arrangements.

NDIS — Self-Managed

Families who self-manage their child's NDIS plan can claim sessions directly.

NDIS — Plan-Managed

We invoice your third-party plan manager directly with zero administrative stress for you.

Medicare Chronic Disease Management (EPC/CDM)

Eligible GP referrals provide Medicare rebates for up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year.

Private Health Insurance

Rebates available depending on your private health fund and level of extras cover.

Direct Private Paying

Direct payment for families self-funding therapy sessions without a referral required.

Ask About Funding Options
Do I need a doctor's referral?

No referral is strictly required to begin private or NDIS therapy with LOTS4KIDS. However, Medicare rebates do require a GP Chronic Disease Management plan.

Where can therapy take place?

We support children across Craigieburn and Roxburgh Park clinics, at your home, in kindergarten or childcare, at your child's school, or online via telehealth.

  • School Visits

Classroom focus, desk posture, handwriting, task transitions, and playground interaction.
