Telehealth
Occupational therapy support delivered online — useful when travel is difficult, when your family prefers sessions at home, or when the people supporting your child are in different locations.
What's included
Three ways we use telehealth.
- Individual therapy
One-to-one sessions delivered online, with activities adapted to what you have available at home.
- Parent coaching
Conversation-based support for parents and caregivers — understanding your child, planning strategies and working through daily routines.
- Collaborative multidisciplinary meetings
Bringing together families, educators and other health professionals so everyone supporting your child is on the same page.
Who it helps

- Others need to joineducators or professionals in different locations.

Setting up is simple. You'll need a device with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space where your child can engage. We'll send the details before your first session.
Not every goal suits telehealth. Some hands-on assessment and physical skill work is best done in person. We'll be honest about what works well online and blend approaches where needed.
