Common Questions
Frequently asked questions about our services
Most families begin with an initial session or intake assessment so our Senior Occupational Therapist can understand your child's strengths, sensory profile, and goals. From there, we recommend the therapy mix that best suits your family. If you already have recent diagnostic or allied health reports, we review them together first.
Yes! In fact, most families combine services. For example, a child may receive individual OT sessions alongside high-frequency therapy assistant practice, paired with parent coaching and school visits. This blended model delivers maximum progress while optimising your funding.
Therapy frequency is tailored to your child's individual goals, developmental stage, and family schedule. Sessions typically run weekly or fortnightly. We regularly review progress with you to adjust the schedule as skills become established.
